At the initial phase, meaning first 2-3 orders, provide us with detailed instructions while uploading orders, be detailed and to the point with your feedback once we send you edited orders. This will help us to get more and more familiar with your style. Should you have some sample images from the past to send along that would be of much help as well. Once we get to know your style and understand your post production requirements, the process will be quite straightforward.
Color corrections ensures that your images are adjusted to highlights, shadows, exposure, vibrancy and saturation. The images are manually adjusted making sure firstly on a good skin ton that is consistent in each image from a batch.
Each image is processed and adjusted individually according to its skin tone, taking into consideration natural light of the surroundings. Therefore, each image will be set to balance, exposure and tonal settings based on the clients’ preferences.

Once you submit your order and images, you will get a notification along with accompanying email. If the upload was unsuccessful, you can always contact us or choose any other upload method such as wetranfer, dropbox, hightail, FTP, etc.
Usually, your orders will be returned in 5 business days or even less. In case that you need a quicker turn around, you can choose one of rush services for that order. You will find this option just above the upload method in your form.
Edited files will be available for download on your account page on our website, where you will see all the necessary information about the order, such as: order number, order reference, order status, order value, etc.
In case that you are not happy with the job, please let us know by requesting a redo. Provide as much feedback as possible and we will get back to you within the next business day. A redo button is located next to the download button on your account page.
Thanks to a team of highly skilled and diverse artists, Purple Key offers extensive scope of editing services. From basic edits such as Color Correction, Standard Edits, Culling Services, and Batch Editing Services, to those requiring much more skill such as Custom Edits and Creative Edits.
We also offer Album Design services and add-on services such as Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Web Design, and Video.
Yes, however we always assign up to 3 editors to each of our clients. So, if your editor is away, you will still receive the same quality of retouching as it will be done by editor who knows your style and your requirements.
Our editing services for the most part include all the necessary work needed for the print ready image.
however, images processed within the Color Correction service and proof ready and may require additional final touches

Your work will be edited by one of our highly skilled digital artists. However, we always assign up to 3 editors for one account, so if your editor is away, you will still receive the same quality of retouching as it will be done by someone who knows your style and requirements.
Before submitting your fist test order, it would be great to try out with a free of charge test run, just to get familiar with your editing style and work.
Once we send you back a final product that you can evaluate we can proceed with your first order.
Should you have some sample work or previously retouched images to send along the way, it would be of much help. Once your first order is completed, you will need to make a payment by your Credit card or PayPal in order to download your files.

We are using the latest version of Adobe Lightroom for selection and color correction, and for all edits we are using Photoshop.
Yes, we offer cropping and straightening.
This is not something we do on our own, unless we are instructed.
Therefore, please make note in your order that you wish a crop and provide us with the format, the same goes for straightening.
Both formats are accepted.
RAW files are always a better option, the file provides more information and with that said has more options for manipulation.

Yes. 3 orders can be edited at the same time. You can send multiple jobs, however, only 3 processed the rest will be put on hold until the first 3 are completed.

We take notes from the feedback you give us and apply them to your profile in our database. Your profile is used for all submitted orders unless you give us specific notes in an order form.

By clicking on the web uploader, a drag and drop field will appear where you can add your files or click on browse to find the files on your local disk. You can also click on other upload methods which are provided.
